Position: Assistant Manager - Quality Assurance

Job Brief

We are looking for a reliable Assistant Manager of Quality Assurance to ensure that all external and internal requirements are met before our products reach our customers. The role involves inspecting procedures, monitoring outputs, and addressing non-conformities. The Assistant Manager will support quality systems for both Surlon Durel Springs Pvt. Ltd. and Sequoia Safety Springs Pvt. Ltd., working closely with the production and R&D teams.

Responsibilities

Devise procedures to inspect and report quality issues.

Monitor all operations that affect quality.

Supervise and guide inspectors, technicians, and other staff.

Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output.

Appraise customer requirements and ensure satisfaction.

Report malfunctions to production executives for immediate action.

Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analysing quality data.

Review current standards and policies.

Maintain records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and relevant documentation.

Ensure compliance with legal and industry standards.

Communicate with external quality assurance officers during on-site inspections.
Requirements and Skills

Proven experience as Assistant Manager - Quality Assurance or relevant role. B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical, Industrial, or related engineering field

10-12 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in manufacturing industries.

Knowledge of RDSO processes and compliance is essential.

Experience in the automobile industry will be considered an added advantage.

Thorough knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and standards.

Preferred knowledge of IATF standards.

Excellent numerical and data analysis skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and databases.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Great attention to detail with a result-driven approach.

Reliable, trustworthy, and proactive in problem-solving.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
