Role Overview:



We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic team as Manager. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant (0-1 years of experience), have a strong background in Income Tax, GST, FEMA, Valuation, and Corporate Finance. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:



Accounts & Audit:



Conduct statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits in compliance with regulatory standards. Prepare and review financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Analyze financial records and reports to identify areas for improvement

Income Tax:



Manage tax planning, compliance, and advisory services for clients. Prepare and file income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations. Represent clients in income tax assessments and appeals.

GST:



Oversee GST registration, return filing, and compliance. Advise clients on GST implications for their business operations. Handle GST audits and assessments.

FEMA:



Provide advisory services on Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) regulations. Assist clients with cross-border transactions, foreign investments, and compliance with RBI regulations.

Valuation:



Perform business valuations for mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, and regulatory purposes. Prepare valuation reports and present findings to clients and stakeholders.

Corporate Finance:



Advise on corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and fundraising activities. Conduct financial due diligence and feasibility studies. Assist in the preparation of business plans, financial models, and investment proposals.

Qualifications:



Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a valid membership from ICAI (0-1 years of experience). In-depth knowledge of accounting standards, Income tax laws, GST regulations, and FEMA. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho) and MS Office applications. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
