Key Responsibilities



Procurement & Sourcing Support



Execute day-to-day procurement activities in line with approved sourcing strategies. Source electrical, electronic, and electromechanical components as per production and project requirements. Assist in identifying alternative suppliers to ensure continuity of supply.

Supplier Coordination & Performance Monitoring



Coordinate with approved suppliers for RFQs, negotiations, order placement, and follow-ups. Monitor supplier performance on quality, cost, and delivery parameters. Support supplier onboarding and documentation processes.

Cost Control & Commercial Activities



Assist in price negotiations and cost-reduction initiatives. Support implementation of cost benchmarking and basic TCO analysis. Ensure adherence to approved budgets and commercial terms.

Inventory & Internal Coordination Coordinate with Production Planning, Stores, Quality, and Finance teams to ensure timely

material availability.

Support inventory control initiatives to minimize excess and obsolete stock. Track purchase orders and ensure timely closures.

Systems, Processes & Compliance



Execute procurement transactions through ERP systems (SAP/Oracle). Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and documentation. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and audit requirements.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement



Prepare MIS reports related to procurement performance, savings, and supplier status. Support process improvement initiatives within the procurement function.

Qualifications & Skills



1.

Educational Background

:

o Bachelor's degree in electrical

o MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain, Operations, or Materials Management (preferred).

2.

Experience

:

o

10-12 years of progressive experience in procurement/supply chain management.



o Hands-on experience in sourcing electrical, electronic, or electromechanical components.

o Exposure to ERP-based procurement processes is essential.

Skills & Competencies

:

o Good negotiation and vendor coordination skills.

o Working knowledge of procurement processes and commercial terms.

o Familiarity with SAP/Oracle or similar ERP systems.

o Strong coordination, communication, and analytical skills.

o Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹168,134.64 - ₹1,378,747.91 per year
