Your role to supplement the Organisational goals:
- Quality of all inhouse programs : Ensuring the trainer team has high standards of delivery.
- Curriculum: Inhouse courses curriculum development and improvement. It should be clear and accurate and technical inputs to be integrated into assessments and curriculums.
- Training: Conducting and supporting trainer\xe2\x80\x99s training sessions. Evaluating the effectiveness of existing training programs - Spoken english, digital empowerment and making improvements based on feedback.
- Assessment: Ensuring the assessments are conducted regularly.
- Planning, Execution & Continuous Improvement: Preparing training, curriculum and assessments plans. Regularly visiting classroom sessions .
- Education : Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or equivalent in development sector/trainings
- Experience: Minimum 4-7 years in training preferably in skill development.
- Instructional design: The ability to design and develop effective curriculum, training materials, and assessments.
- Training delivery: The ability to facilitate training sessions in-person or virtually.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Assessment and evaluation: The ability to assess the effectiveness of training programs, collect feedback, and use data to make improvements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Open to travel across PCMC region.
- Excel Excellence, Data Management, Data Analysis
- Skilling Partner Management, SOP / Compliances / Process Orientation / Analytical / Skilling Monitoring / Understanding of NSDC / SSC is a plus .
