Quality of all inhouse programs : Ensuring the trainer team has high standards of delivery.
Curriculum: Inhouse courses curriculum development and improvement. It should be clear and accurate and technical inputs to be integrated into assessments and curriculums.
Training: Conducting and supporting trainer\xe2\x80\x99s training sessions. Evaluating the effectiveness of existing training programs - Spoken english, digital empowerment and making improvements based on feedback.
Assessment: Ensuring the assessments are conducted regularly.
Education : Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or equivalent in development sector/trainings
Experience: Minimum 4-7 years in training preferably in skill development.
Instructional design: The ability to design and develop effective curriculum, training materials, and assessments.
Training delivery: The ability to facilitate training sessions in-person or virtually.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
Assessment and evaluation: The ability to assess the effectiveness of training programs, collect feedback, and use data to make improvements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Open to travel across PCMC region.
Excel Excellence, Data Management, Data Analysis
Skilling Partner Management, SOP / Compliances / Process Orientation / Analytical / Skilling Monitoring / Understanding of NSDC / SSC is a plus .
