• \xc3\x98 Preferred minimum 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in leadership role in BPO operations; Insurance experience is must with Underwriting experience preferred
• \xc3\x98 Proficiency in Microsoft Suite: Excel, Word, and Outlook 365
• \xc3\x98 Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• \xc3\x98 Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with attention to detail and deadline oriented
