Job Summary: Theposition requires to report to management andisresponsibleforthetimelyandaccuratepreparationof IPT(Insurance premium TAX) returns filing. Thispositionwillalsoberequiredtoresearchandmonitorfinancialdatatoensuredataintegrity. May also requires toprovidesworkdirectionandguidancetoothersintheteam. Key Accountabilities: Maintain and reconcile all tax general ledger accounts and evaluate all account balances and prepare all tax returns and schedule forsameandperformregularauditsonalltaxreturns. Analyzeallaccountinginformationandpreparerequiredpaperwork. Analyze all work papers to ensure accuracy and analyze all accounting and tax information and ensure compliance with all regulations. Maintainallaccountingandtaxinformation. Working knowledge of allocations, error corrections in Journals. Administerandensurecompliancetoallmonthlyactivities. Focus on team productivity, efficiency & accuracy improvements. Capture metrics in the process & analyse trends to take proactive measures Building SOP & Process map preparation skills within team to have strong documentation Manageallcommunicationfortaxrisksonallbusinesstransactionsandcollaboratewithinternalteamstoassistallbusiness transactionsandprovideassistancetoallexternalaccountingunits. Respondtoallqueriesassociatewithtaxsubmissionsandensurecompliancetoallextensionsandpayments. Encourages & demonstrates respect for others in a team and inculcate the same culture across the team members To create systems and checks for internal compliance policies and guidelines and ensures maintenance of clear and precise records per the requirements. Achieving key targets for the process in line with the SLA (Service level Agreement)/KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
