Assistant Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Experience Management

The opportunity
Assistant Manager\xe2\x80\x93 Experience management role is responsible to manage the stakeholder experience of Workplace Enablement Services for the centre. This role will be responsible to connect with stakeholders and work with WES competencies to work on strategies / initiatives to enhance employee experience.
Your key responsibilities

  • \xef\x82\xb7Act as a point of contact for centre leader for all WES related engagements.
  • Connect with stakeholder during monthly connects and at every given opportunity.
  • Collect stakeholder feedback from different mediums and work collaboratively with stakeholder and WES competency leads to develop strategies /initiatives to enhance experience.
  • Drive important leadership visits as program and coordinate with respective COEs to drive exceptional stakeholder experience.
  • Enhance engagement and wellbeing of employees through collaborative initiatives.
  • Continuous feedback to enhance experience and productivity.
  • Create customer journey maps for all user touch points and identify areas of improvement.
  • Share regular progress / updates to experience lead and WES leader.

Skills and attributes for success
  • Required conceptual skills and proven experience in the successful driving of customer experience in service desk operations.
  • Ability to adapt, being updated on current developments in the industry and implement transformational initiatives.
  • Demonstrate integrity, values and hold high moral grounds
  • Strong verbal and written communication, active listening and interpretation skills
  • Manage stakeholders, including leaders, vendors and build strong relationships
  • Strong influencing abilities
  • Ability to manage conflict and resolutions

To qualify for the role, you must have
  • Graduate preferably in hospitality or related degree preferably with a work experience in similar field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience.

Ideally, you\xe2\x80\x99ll also have
  • Experience in working in large matrixed organizations
  • Ability to function in a rapidly changing, heavily matrixed and often virtual environment
  • Ability to prioritize, drive and adapt to change quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Culturally sensitivity and be capable of handling interactions with a \xe2\x80\x9cglobal mindset\xe2\x80\x9d
  • To Coach/mentor team members in a cross-functional environment
