Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities - "• Customer Service - TAT Tokens customer complaints and NSR/SR closure Management • Daily cash collection / updating and deposition & Checking and updating agency/branch walk-in collection. • Cross selling the insurance and other products to walk in customers • Cash & Customer Service /NPS and Audit Queries • Service branch maintenance and control • Consistent increase in penetration of CDM/Kiosk • Manage escalations with teams (Centralize/HO) for end to end resolution • Petty cash management • Maintain minimal errors in audit report published by HO."
Required Qualifications and Experience
* "• Understanding of cash & customer service related processes and policies. • Graduate/Post graduate fresher/with experience • Ability to work independently and towards deadlines. • Effective oral and written communication skills"
