Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities - • Conducting regular checks and sampling on customer applications received under B2C businesses • Consistently monitor and identify improvement opportunities and drive required actions in policies/processes or areas of non-compliance for remedial action • Preparation and submit data of sampling reports • Conduct training & educate all employees including PSFs on Sales Compliance as per governance framework. • Process owner for all compliance control activities in the handled cities • Provide inputs and triggers to the senior Team basis filed observations at the location
Required Qualifications and Experience
* • Graduate /post graduate with 2+ years’ experience in sales/credit/collections • Strong MS Office skills including excel • Cross functional co-ordination skills • Effective verbal and written communication skills
