This exciting role offers opportunity to:

• Assistant Manager - NPD is responsible for executing NPI, VAVE and Localization projects for 1Ph & 3Ph UPS.
• Generate innovative ideas to develop new products and features.
• Should follow Eaton PROLaunch process to ensure the project deliverables such as technical performance, cost, quality and schedule are met.
• Ensure BIS certification is completed wherever applicable and take the ownership to drive product testing as per applicable IEC standard.
• Responsible for resolving field failures with RCA.
• Facilitate and provide technical support to quality and testing teams for Factory Acceptance Tests as per customer needs.
• Support customization requirements for both 1Ph and 3Ph UPS.
• Closely work with Eaton R&D facilities to identify applicable ECOs and implement using ECN process.
• Should quickly identify alternate parts for electronic and electro-mechanical components.

Qualifications

Requirement:

• B. Tech or BE-Electrical/ Electronics
• Min.8 years on Power Electronic Related Products
• Technical: Good knowledge of UPS topologies and power devices such as IGBT, MOSFET, DIODE and Integrated circuit.
• Power Electronics, component technology, simulation tool, Magnetic component design, Altium Software, High level - Low level design concept , Capacitor application and optimize .
• Managerial: Coach, plan, target setting, Good communication, Strategy thinking,
• Process: Pro-Launch or any other project management tools, Risk assessment, DFSS, DFMEA
• Skill: Root cause analysis, Problem solving, Project handling and Presentation.
• Language: Good writing and oral English level
