Assistant Manager - PS Excellence



What this job involves:



Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's data sources, systems, and processes. Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify and define reporting requirements and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) that align with business objectives. Design, develop, and implement efficient and accurate reporting solutions using a variety of tools and technologies (e.g., PeopleSoft, Excel, SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, BI platforms). Gather data from multiple sources, ensuring data quality and integrity, and perform data validation and cleansing as necessary. Create and automate MIS reports, dashboards, and visualizations that provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making. Analyze trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency. Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and prepare custom reports as requested by management or other departments. Experience in writing and reviewing detailed test scripts for Unit, System, Integration, and User Acceptance Test Phases. Understanding financial accounting principles and chart of Accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.

Graduate / Postgraduate in Accounting / IT / Engineering with an experience range of 7-12 years. Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle PeopleSoft Financials preferably in O2C module and exposure to P2P and R2R Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Business Intelligence (BI) platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Solid understanding of data structure and experience working with large datasets. Functional experience with PeopleSoft Billing, Accounts Receivables, General Ledger, Asset Management Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically. Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity. PeopleSoft Knowledge: Proficiency in PeopleSoft FSCM - Financials and Supply Chain - O2C Flexible with Shift timings
