Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Responsible for:

• Planning & execution of Build & Prototyping activity as per Build plan
• Concept Proto Wiring harness design and preparation.
• Understanding Layout of Wiring harness, Electrical system components like Motor, Li-ion battery, Contractors, Traction Controllers, BMS & Other ECU\'s in vehicle. Create Process Flow Chart, PFMEA, Quality Control Plan , Standard Operating procedures required for build and assembly etc.
• Understanding of System integration and Electrical architecture of Electric vehicles.
• Coordination with design team and module leader of execution of prototype.
• Assembly of Electric vehicle systems - Battery Pack, DC-DC, Charger, Power Distribution unit, Motor etc.
• System /vehicle level Build and Functional verification of Electric vehicle on prototype systems & vehicles.
