Assistant Manager - Property and Casualty Claims - 6+ Years - Pune
Join our team as an Assistant Manager in Property & Casualty Claims. We are looking for skilled professionals with solid experience in handling P&C insurance claims. Responsibilities: * Manage end-to-end processes for property and casualty insurance claims ensuring adherence to company policies, SLAs, and compliance requirements.

• Drive resolution of complex claims and disputes by collaborating with involved stakeholders while maintaining excellent customer communication.
• Lead, mentor, and monitor a team to achieve efficiency in claims processing and uphold quality standards.
• Analyze claim trends and reports to identify areas of improvement and recommend actionable strategies to reduce risks.
• Ensure compliance with local and international insurance regulations and guidelines.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance claims management processes.

Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in insurance, finance, business administration, or a related field. Advanced certifications are a plus.

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in property and casualty claims processing or management.
• Proficiency in data analysis, claims handling software, and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage and coach teams effectively to achieve results.
• Strong understanding of property and casualty insurance products, underwriting principles, and claim settlement processes.
