Job Description

Responsibilities: * Understand the user needs, Prepare BOQ, Prepare proposals including budget estimates (NFAs), and take approval from the management.

• Prepare project drawings through third-party/consultants
• Prepare tender documents for use by commercial department
• Mobilize the project resources through contractor
• Supervise/manage day to day field work, including contracted work in compliance with company standards, procedures, specifications, codes and statutory compliances
• Monitor/Coordinate/ execute/inspect/commission internal civil projects
• Complete the project as per specifications within project cost and time.
• Conduct meetings with contractors for activity planning in order to execute works as per schedule.
• Monitor construction productivity and schedule performance and investigate reasons for less than satisfactory performance
• Ensure all the materials are tested by stores & site Laboratory & is complaint with ISO norms.
• Ensures all changes to specifications, work scope and drawings are documented
• Adhere to Company Safety Standards and promote safety culture among the ranks through out the Company.
• Maintain all ISO procedures and documents. Maintain records of lab testing.

Ensure timely completion of civil projects with appropriate quality , time and budgeted cost. * Coordinate with consultants, contractors, inter department HODs and other stakeholders to ensure the progress of the project as per the schedule

• Check & pass vendor payments according to measurements & bill all quantities.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety of sites
• Compile handover documents consisting of as built drawings, warranties, user manuals & operation manuals for every equipment installed in the building.
• Execute Civil maintenance projects

Qualifications:
B.Tech/B.E in Civil Engineering
1 - 5 years' Experience
