Role Overview:
The role focuses on driving
government and institutional project sales
. You'll handle architect networks, consultants, government departments, and institutional clients, ensuring product specification, tender participation, and project closures.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and secure government & institutional projects.
Build strong relationships with architects, contractors, consultants, and procurement departments.
Track and map upcoming projects; ensure product specification and tender inclusion.
Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure for large institutional projects.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts as per company guidelines.
Coordinate with internal teams for execution, dispatch, and timely delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitor movements, and government procurement patterns.
Achieve assigned sales targets and support overall project business growth.
Requirements:
Graduate; MBA preferred.
5+ years of relevant experience
in project sales (Govt./Institutional) within architectural hardware/building materials.
Strong network with architects, consultants, government agencies, and institutional clients.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
Self-driven with proven capability to manage end-to-end project sales.
