In this role,

we

are

seeking

a detail-oriented and organized PMO (Project Management Officer) to support programs and projects related to Trade and Transaction Reporting under global regulatory regimes (e.g., EMIR, MiFID II, SFTR, CFTC, MAS). The PMO will work closely with project managers, business analysts, compliance, technology, and operations teams to ensure

timely

, controlled, and compliant delivery of reporting transformation or remediation initiatives.



Responsibilities



Governance & Control



+

Establish

and maintain project governance structures.
+

Monitor

adherence to project frameworks, risk, audit, and control processes.


+

Manage project and program RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).



Planning & Tracking:



+

Maintain

project plans, resource allocation, and delivery timelines across multiple workstreams.
+

Track milestones, deliverables, and project status with periodic reporting to stakeholders.


+

Coordinate across regulatory initiatives such as EMIR Refit, CFTC Rewrite, JFSA changes, etc.



Reporting & Communication:



+

Prepare high-quality management reporting packs and dashboards for senior stakeholders.


+

Organize steering committee meetings, project governance forums, and working group updates.


+

Escalate critical risks or delays and proactively follow up on remediation actions.



Budget & Financial Management:



+

Support program budget planning, resource forecasting, and financial tracking.


+

Monitor

actuals vs. forecast and prepare variance analysis.



Documentation & Support:



+

Maintain

documentation including charters, status reports, change requests, and action trackers.
+

Assist

in audit readiness, internal reviews, and regulatory inquiries.


+

Coordinate UAT planning, training, and post-implementation reviews.



Qualifications we

seek

in you!



Minimum Qualifications



Relevant

years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or program governance roles within investment banking, capital markets, or regulatory change programs.


Strong understanding of Trade and Transaction Reporting regulations: EMIR, MiFID II, SFTR, CFTC, MAS, ASIC, etc.


Proficiency

in project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Excel).


Experience in working across multi-disciplinary teams--technology, operations, compliance, and legal.


Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.


Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic, high-impact environment.



Preferred Qualifications/ Skills



Bachelor's degree in finance

, Business, Economics, or related field.


PMP / Prince2 / Agile certifications are a plus.


Familiarity with data lineage, regulatory reporting platforms (e.g., DTCC,

UnaVista

), and trade lifecycle is

advantageous

.
