PROJECT EXECUTION OVERSIGHT:

Lead and manage the execution of projects across the region, ensuring alignment with

the project scope, timelines, and budget.

Oversee the day-to-day operation of ongoing projects to ensure they are progressing

according to plan.

Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

Manage project adjustments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery despite

changes or unforeseen challenges.

Material and Manpower managements

RESOURCE MANAGEMENT:

Ensure the proper allocation of resources (personnel, materials, and equipment) to meet

project needs and deadlines.

Optimize the use ot resources while maintaining the quality and timeliness of the project

execution.

TEAM LEADERSHIP:

Lead and manage a team Of project in charges, engineers. and support staff in the

execution of projects.

Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring they are fully equipped to

execute projects successfully.

Conduct regular performance reviews and develop action plans to improve team

performance.

RISK MANAGEMENT AND ISSUE RESOLUTION:

Identify potential project risks (technical, financial, operational) and implement

mitigation strategies.

Resolve issues that may impede project execution, working with internal teams and

external stakeholders to find solutions quickly.

Escalate critical issues to senior management when necessary and work towards

prompt resolution.

STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT AND COMMUNICATION:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and Other stakeholders

regarding project execution.

Provide regular project updates to clients and senior management. ensuring

transparency on project status, risks, and timelines.

Manage expectations of stakeholders and ensure that client requirements are met

throughout the execution phase.

BUDGET AND COST CONTROL:

Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered within financial

constraints.

Review project reports and cost estimates to avoid budget Overruns.

Implement cost-saving strategies without compromising on quality or delivery timelines

QUALITY CONTROL:

Ensure that projects adhere to all quality standards and specifications.

Implement quality assurance processes throughout the project execution phases.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT:
