One of Conglomerates for its solar business is hiring a Finance Professional with Experience in Treasury
Role - Asst Manager Project Finance
:
- Assist in the structuring and closing of financing (debt and equity) for solar projects
- Perform research, financial analysis, modelling/review and synthesize work by various functional teams within the solar business
- Assist in the entire fund raise life cycle from - due diligence, close process, pre and post funding support, refinancing
- Coordinating for periodic monitoring of covenants, information and other requirements
- Assist in credit rating for existing and new projects
- Assist with market tracking and research - macro economic developments, competitor strategies
- Liaisoning with Banks/Financials Institutions for ongoing Fund-raising Projects
Candidate Profile :
- CA or MBA with 3-5 years\' experience in Corporate Treasury & Fund raising of Mid to Large size organization .
- Prior Experience in infrastructure project finance with banks, renewable energy developers will be added advantage
- Quantitative analytical capabilities - ability to build financial models
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to work with multiple stake holders with a solution-oriented approach
