Develop and implement production schedules based on sales forecasts, inventory requirements, and capacity.
Coordinate with procurement, stores, and production teams to ensure material and resource availability.
Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and ensure timely completion of production orders.
Optimize manpower, machine utilization, and workflow to reduce downtime and bottlenecks.
Track production performance against plans and take corrective actions as needed.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with company policies.
MIS (Management Information Systems):
Design, generate, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
Provide real-time data and dashboards to management for decision-making.
Analyze production data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
Develop and automate reporting tools for efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and performance KPIs.
Coordinate with IT / ERP team for system improvements and data integration.
Key Skills & Competencies:

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Production / Industrial / Operations / Supply Chain / Commerce.
7 to 9 years of experience in Production Planning, Control, and MIS reporting, Manufacturing, Automotive,
