Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the precast production operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Coordinate with the production team to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor and maintain equipment and machinery for precast production.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures in the production area.
• Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Identify and address any production-related issues or bottlenecks.
• Develop and implement improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.
• Generate production reports and analyze key performance indicators.

• 6-9 years of experience in the construction or concrete industry in production of precast elements.
• Must be a Diploma/B.E/B.Tech in Civil or related filed
