Ideal candidate should hold Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
8-10 years' experience in manufacturing especially in fiber line, carding, needle loom as well as well-versed with all latest techniques used in the automotive manufacturing lines
Sound knowledge of IATF 16949. ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 45001, Zero waste to landfill certification requirements
Subject matter expertise and responsible for production activities, fiber, EFS and Eva lines
Knowledge of fiber line process, type of fibers, carding line setting
Good management skills and able to handle the team effectively
