Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage

FRP moulding and gratings

operations to ensure product quality and timely delivery. Interpret and implement

technical drawings

for production requirements. Coordinate with

labour contractors

and oversee workforce allocation to maintain efficiency and safety. Act as a

production supervisor

, monitoring daily operations, ensuring adherence to standards, and resolving on-site issues. Maintain strong

client coordination and communication

, providing updates, addressing requirements, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, procurement, logistics) to ensure smooth execution of projects. Track production schedules, prepare reports, and achieve project milestones. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience in

FRP moulding and gratings.

Ability to

read and understand engineering drawings

. Strong leadership and supervisory skills for managing labour contractors and production staff. Excellent

client communication and coordination

abilities. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Knowledge of FRP applications in

construction, infrastructure, and building materials

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in

Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field

. 3-4 years of relevant experience in

FRP production, moulding, and supervision

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
