We are seeking an experienced Assistant Production Manager to oversee daily factory operations, manage production teams, and ensure quality manufacturing of slimline aluminium windows and doors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC machining, process optimization, and team leadership in a manufacturing setup.Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end production processes to meet quality and delivery standards Collaborate with engineering to implement process improvements Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports (KRA) Lead hiring, training, and performance management for production staff Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards Manage inventory and resolve production issues proactively Work cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Service
Candidate Profile:

4+ years in a production management role, preferably in aluminium/window fabrication CNC machining experience (min. 2 years), with basic maintenance knowledge Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills Proficient in MS Office and production software
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
