Position: Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager - Production
Location: Odhav, Ahmedabad
Key Responsibility:
Plan, coordinate, and manage daily production activities and shift schedules
Oversee shop floor operations ensuring adherence to quality control standards
Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions when targets are not met
Enforce safety and compliance standards across all operational areas
Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce waste
Lead and mentor a team of production staff and technicians
Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and supply chain departments to ensure smooth workflow
