About the role
The incumbent will be part for product management of Oleo Chemicals Products portfolio & hence should be responsible for carrying out costing/Pricing, planning, forecasting, buying, Co-ordinating for existing business & working with External & Internal stakeholders such as Commodities /Production/QA/R & D/Sales/Purchase/ Customers/Suppliers at Godrej Industries Ltd - Chemicals business.
Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for planning, forecasting, purchasing, and customer coordination to achieve profit targets.
• Conduct monthly forecasting, customer-wise costing, price policy formulation, and raw material planning.
• Support business managers in managing sales and distribution networks to achieve sales targets and profitability through value selling.
• Collaborate closely with customers to gather market insights and address queries and complaints.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for end-to-end supply chain control.
• Manage long-term bids and supply chain management for MNC sales.
• Perform data mining and analysis for effective decision-making across the business portfolio.

Who are we looking for?
Education:

• B. Tech (Chemical Eng) or Full time MBA

Experience:

• 3 to 4 Years

Skills:

• High commercial acumen and excellent communication skills
• Proficient in data analysis, quick with numbers
• Customer-centric approach with strong relationship-building capabilities
• Problem-solving, planning, time management, and prioritizing skills
• Proficiency in Excel, presentations, and numerical analysis
• Experience in oleochemicals, pine chemicals, vegetable oil chemistries are desirable
