What role will you play?

In this role, you will be responsible for the ongoing BAU support and operations of the Vendor Management System (VMS). Your role will also include managing system configurations, resolving defects, supporting upgrades, and ensuring smooth integrations with other platforms. Additionally, you will validate system changes through testing, maintain documentation, and provide training to support effective system use.
