We Are Hiring: Assistant Manager - Procurement (Facade Industry)
Role Overview:
We are looking for an
Assistant Manager - Procurement
with strong experience in the facade industry to lead sourcing activities, vendor negotiations, cost optimization, and quality-driven procurement aligned with project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end procurement for facade projects
Coordinate with Design, Production & Project teams for BOM and schedules
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for cost, quality, and delivery
Prepare comparative statements, budgets, and procurement reports
Ensure material quality compliance and inventory control
Monitor supplier performance and market trends
Use ERP & MS Excel for procurement tracking and analysis
Coordinate vendor inspections and quality approvals
Requirements:
5+ years of procurement experience (Facade / Construction / Manufacturing)
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (or relevant field)
Strong negotiation, vendor management, and cost-control skills
Knowledge of facade materials
Proficiency in ERP, MS Office & Excel
Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Kannada
Preferred:
Procurement or Supply Chain Management certification
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
