Providing expert functional and technical support (L2 & L3) across SAP Ariba and Oracle Assessing systems and assist in system configuration Designing custom solutions for integrating Ariba with multiple customer legacy systems Defining detailed blueprint to develop future Procurement tool Roadmap Act as Advisor to customers throughout the engagement Managing technical performance expectations. Provide technical inputs and resolve any escalations Coordinate with Technology Team, Service providers and internal team to gather requirements, develop workplan, determine expectations and finalize deliverables Undertake project manager responsibility on Procurement technology tool implementations. Tracking and delivering projects on time. Evaluate (time / cost / quality) & change requests Manage end to end Ariba implementations both upstream and downstream applications (Source to Contract & Procure to Pay). End to end implementation of cloud procurement projects including design, configuration, testing, post go-live support, reporting, training Proactively engage with business process owners to streamline the business process as per the best practices in the industry Identify issue pattern and work with product management and engineering team for system resolution Collaborate with other functional and technical teams on business needs, information, applications, and long-term plans while helping to ensure integration with strategic plans. Manage business process mapping, process re-engineering, and gap analysis. Recommend opportunities for streamlining, consolidating, and optimizing processes. Recommending road maps to close performance gaps and developing high-level implementation plans Ariba Tool Administration and Maintenance Manage SOX compliance requirements and audits IR35refers to the's anti-avoidance tax legislation designed to tax 'disguised' employment at a rate similar to employment. Suppliers of individuals are required to supply only individuals who are employed by the supplier organisation or sub-contracted on a Fixed Term Contract (FTC) or Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) basis and are subject to PAYE withholdings as part of any engagement. This means suppliers cannot provide contractors to us as part of the engagement. This includes, for example, suppliers of Professional Services (including business consultancy and IT consultancy). Suppliers of individuals LSEG engages on a non-routine basis must be engaged through an 'MSP Light' model which involves some vetting to onboard, and completion of timesheets throughout the engagement. This can include, for example, photographs, guest speakers and trainers. Fully understand the IR35 system and how it may impact the organisation Ensure to work with suppliers, ask them to provide IR35 compliance signoff and tracking & reporting associated with the IR35 compliance Basically its to manage the operations and ensure that the compliance is being captured & reported Work with CMO team based in UK, track & report compliance and revert supplier queries Prepare Template and Checklist and build overview of IR35 status across Group Procurement. Create and maintain detailed spreadsheets of all current cases. Identify and escalate where appropriate any potential inaccuracies within spreadsheet records Proactively encourage Category Managers and Suppliers to maintain accurate details regarding their IR355 status Provide pro-active operational administrative support within Group Procurement on IR35 activities on processes and procedures remain accurate, effective, and efficient with an active involvement in the continual development of the service. Touch base with IR35 Expert to resolve queries from Internal and External customers Continually assess problem areas within the IR35 processing operation to establish areas which can be improved and developed and create effective solutions to discuss with the team. Challenge and escalate stakeholder responses or issues during on boarding to ensure all risks are fully understood, articulated, and managed in line with LSEG standards use judgement and effective stakeholder communications to ensure a thorough and robust risk assessment is completed for all new suppliers Co-ordinate the completion of IR35 reviews and checks with Group Procurement leadership on key Group Procurement suppliers Act as subject matter expert in relation to current LSEG Procurement Tools, third-party/ supplier risk standards, and operationalise continual enhancements/developments in Tools , supplier risk standards and procedures Responsible for assessing technical and functional issues and developing system solutions for the deployment and the ongoing support of Ariba cloud-based solutions.
