Key Responsibilities:Delivering NHT trainingTraining Content creationWork roster- agents + trainingIdentifying training and development needs within a business through TNIClient ID managementSupport trainers in conducting the trainingPrepare and maintain various process/Training related documentsLiaising with the client to understand training needsRun TNI based intervention- track pre & post score improvementManaging On-job-training connects- publishing performance reports- 30-60-90Working with CMT team (content Management team) to create process simplified E-learning modulesProcess based TNI refreshersMaintaining training reportsDigitalization of Transition Delivery- supporting content development team with designing learning modules on Epiplex-500Client ID managementEnsuring Knowledge Sustenance in BAU by driving monthly KC through PKT, Self-learning modules, reporting compliance etc.On job training management, analyzing, evaluating and publishing on-job-training performance
