AM- Process Training - Corporate Travel Management- 5+ Years - [Vizag]

Responsibilities
Training Delivery: Conduct new hire training on domain, communication, soft skills, and travel induction.
Hiring & Onboarding: Identify and hire candidates matching client and process expectations.
Performance Management: Take end-to-end ownership of training throughput, certification, and early production performance.
Reporting: Share internal and client training reports accurately and on time.
Content Creation & TNI: Conduct Training Need Identification and update pre-process modules accordingly.
Knowledge Management: Implement monthly floor checks, refreshers, and upskill programs.
Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively coordinate with internal teams and clients.
Coaching & Development: Design and deliver interventions including one-on-one coaching, classroom sessions, and on-floor activities.
Requirements
Educational Background: Undergraduate or Graduate
Languages: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Bilingual (English + German) preferred.
Work Flexibility: Comfortable with 24x7 operations and non-weekend offs.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office
Travel Domain Expertise:
3+ years in corporate travel management
2+ years in training
GDS certifications (preferred)
