Senior Engineer (4 \xe2\x80\x93 9 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience; E2 \xe2\x80\x93 M1A)
Location: Mumbai
Candidates should have a degree in Chemical Engineering with relevant years of experience in Front End & Detailed Design in the hydrocarbon industry. Candidate must hands-on experience in basic process simulation and must have knowledge of software like HYSYS, Flare System Analyzer, etc. Experience in Design & Engineering of refinery, petrochemical, gas processing plants and LNG cryogenic units, will be an advantage.
Roles and Responsibility: * Proper and timely execution of projects in process department
- Ensure completion of work in the assigned budget , project plan and man hours allotted.
- Support to other disciplines in execution of projects
- Ability to communicate effectively with other disciplines for proper co-ordination during project cycle.
- Expertise in executing various process engineering activities such as:
- Fluid Property estimation using Aspen HYSYS
- Hydraulic calculations for Pump and compressor circuits
- Relief Load Estimation, PSV Sizing, Inlet and Outlet Line Sizing
- Flare Header sizing using Aspen Flare System Analyzer, Flare Load Summary
- P&ID development, preparation of Cause-and-Effect Diagram
- Vessel Sizing, Equipment, and Instrument Datasheet Preparation
- Heat Exchanger Design, Rating and Simulation using HTRI
