Job Summary:



The

Delivery team, part of the Sales Enablement- Inventory & Delivery vertical,

plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless ad execution and revenue realization across Sports properties. The team focuses on end-to-end campaign delivery, reach tracking, and risk mitigation, acting as the bridge between Sales, Ad-Ops, Product, and Analytics team. This role ensures commitments to advertisers are fulfilled, risks are proactively managed, and insights are delivered to maximize both campaign performance and revenue outcomes.

Key Responsibilities



1. Delivery & Reach Tracking for Sports Campaigns

Monitor and manage ads delivery across all digital platforms for all sports events, ensuring campaigns fulfill commitments. Identify under-delivery risks early and partner with Sales & Ops to implement corrective measures. Track campaign reach against planned targets and report variances to relevant stakeholders for resolution Maintain comprehensive tracking of deliveries, for ease of consumption & identification of risks Preparing campaign execution plans to enable maximized deliveries & actualized revenue

2. Revenue Management & Risk Mitigation

Track booked vs. delivered revenue across all clients for all sports events. Identify and quantify revenue at risk, assessing its impact on overall revenue targets. Develop and drive mitigation strategies in coordination with Sales & Ops teams to safeguard revenue.

3. Cross-Functional Issue Resolution (RCA)

Collaborate closely with Ad Ops and Sales teams to conduct root cause analyses (RCA) on delivery and performance issues. Proactively surface delivery blockers tied to platform capabilities, content issues, or sales packaging.

4. Data Management & Quality Assurance

Own the delivery and revenue data across internal dashboards and systems. Regularly audit campaign data, reconciling discrepancies between planning, delivery, and billing systems. Partner with internal teams to maintain clean, actionable, and real-time reporting structures.

5. Collaboration with Analytics & Product Teams

Liaise with Product and Tech teams to investigate platform-level issues impacting campaign execution or reporting accuracy. Contribute to automation and enhancement of internal tools for delivery, reach, and revenue tracking.

6. Management Reporting & Business Insights

Generate regular and ad-hoc reporting on campaign deliveries, revenue realization, reach metrics, and risk exposure for internal leadership. Prepare post tournament summaries for senior management with insights, trends, and recommendations. Translate complex delivery and revenue data into clear, actionable narratives for non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Education and Experience



MBA with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in areas such as Strategy, Planning, Analytics, Media, or related fields. Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to draw insights from data. Strong proficiency in MS Excel, with the capability to handle complex data analysis and reporting task.
