Role: Assistant Manager - Presales Support & Lead GenerationLocation: Pune / GurgaonExperience: 4-7 yearsKey ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Research : Identify target accounts, map key decision-makers (CFOs, Controllers, Procurement Heads), and build qualified lead pipelines across industries.Outbound Prospecting : Execute multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calls, webinars/events) to generate and nurture leads for Finance & Accounting (F&A) and Contract Management services.Pre-Sales Support : Conduct client discovery sessions, assess business needs, and prepare tailored proposals, decks, and client-facing materials.Proposal & RFP Management : Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality RFP responses and proposals aligned to client requirements.Sales Collateral Development : Maintain and update a repository of sales presentations, brochures, and case studies in collaboration with internal stakeholders.Contracting & Documentation : Manage legal and contractual documentation including SOWs, MSAs, NDAs, and change orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Cross-Selling Support : Collaborate with internal business units to identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities within the Finance, BPM, and CMS portfolios.Campaign & Marketing Coordination : Partner with the marketing team to plan and execute lead generation campaigns and visibility initiatives to drive conversions.MIS & Reporting : Maintain and circulate sales reports, dashboards, and pipeline updates to management for informed decision-making.Project Management : Coordinate initiatives, monitor deliverables, manage risks, and ensure timely execution of all presales and business development activities.Key Requirements :Education : Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or Marketing (MBA preferred).Experience : 4-7 years in lead generation or inside sales, with minimum 2 years in the F&A, BPM, or Contract Management domain.Domain Expertise : Strong understanding of Finance & Accounting processes (O2C, P2P, R2R) and exposure to automation, analytics, and AI-driven solutions.Technical Proficiency : Skilled in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, MS Dynamics) and lead generation platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo); strong presentation and communication abilities.Personal Attributes : Self-motivated, ownership-driven, persistent, and capable of engaging senior stakeholders with a solution-oriented mindset.CTC - Upto 14 lpa fixed (ref:updazz.com)
