Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience is required(Diploma - Min 6 years) Salary: \' 500,000.00 - \' 900,000.00 per year Location: Nagpur Responsibilities: Tractor assembly / Testing / Tractor product functional Knowledge is essential. Experience in Quality assurance function in assembly plant Handling overall Product audit and Process audit on assembly line. Analyzing customer complaints, Assembly line rejection, Supplier parts analysis and taking corrective actions, Standardizing all the Quality Procedure. Continuous process improvements (KAIZENS) to achieve consistent product quality. Implementation of POKA-YOKES to eliminate human error. Monitoring and ensuring adherence to processes with SOP/SOS by periodic process audit, Tractor Product Audit / Gate audit - Projection, analysis, and close looping. Working Knowledge of Tractor PTO testing, IQS. Working Knowledge of Tractor CKD / SKD / Containerization process. Responsible for Engineering Change Management Process, Smooth launch of new model / new variants. Education Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering ; Diploma in Engineering in Production Engg.; Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical; Diploma in Engineering in Automobile; Bachelor of Engineering in Production; Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical; Bachelor of Engineering in Automobile; Diploma in Engineering Must Have: Having through product knowledge, Understand function of tractor Understanding of road test of tractor
