Key Responsibilities:



1. Prepare and release monthly, weekly, and daily production plans.

2. Ensure material availability by coordinating with Purchase, Stores, and SCM for timely procurement of RM/PM as per BOM.

3. Monitor and optimize utilization of machines, manpower, and production capacity.

4. Track production progress and ensure adherence to delivery schedules. Identify bottlenecks, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions.

5. Control inventory levels of RM, WIP, and FG to avoid shortages, excess, and obsolescence.

6. Coordinate with QA, Engineering, R&D, and Production for smooth execution of plans.

7. Prepare and present MIS reports on production status, inventory, dispatch, and capacity utilization.

8. Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO 13485, and regulatory requirements applicable to medical devices.

9. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for productivity, lead time reduction, and cost optimization.

Education



? B.E./B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, Production Engineering or equivalent.

Experience Required



? 8-10 years of experience in PPC in Medical Devices (preferred) or Healthcare/Pharma manufacturing.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
