Job Description


Department \xe2\x80\x93 PPC Unit: JSW BPSL, Sambalpur, Odisha Unit (s)- 01 Qualification & Experience Range \xe2\x80\x93 12 - 15 Years of relevant Experience Post Diploma, BE/ B. Tech
Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handling the production planning & control in Rolling Mill.
  • Continuous improvement in Galvanize product production with optimum costing
  • Leading, motivating and training the team to improve their operational efficiency.
  • Actively involved in \xe2\x80\x98\xe2\x80\x995 S\xe2\x80\x99\xe2\x80\x99TPM, Energy management and safety management implementation in plant.
  • Installation of convex& concave role assembly to correct width wise flatness of High tensile steels.
  • Imparting training to supervisors and operators on basic process, quality improvements and standard operating procedures.
  • Scheduling material procurement plans and ensures optimum inventory level.
