Key Responsibilities

Engine Maintenance and Monitoring: Oversee scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of aircraft engines and APUs. Monitor engine health using systems like Engine Condition Monitoring (ECM). Perform trend analysis to predict potential failures and take preventive actions. Technical Support: Provide engineering support to maintenance crews during troubleshooting and rectification. Investigate and resolve engine-related technical issues reported during operations. Liaise with OEMs (e.g., Rolls-Royce, GE, Pratt & Whitney) for technical clarifications. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with aviation regulatory authorities (e.g., FAA, EASA, DGCA). Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation and records. Review and interpret Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), and Engineering Orders (EOs). Monitoring of LLP (Life Limited Parts) Sheets Engine Preservation Management. Performance and Reliability Analysis: Analyze engine performance data to improve efficiency and reduce fuel burn. Conduct root cause analysis for engine failures or performance drops. Optimize engine usage to reduce maintenance costs and extend life cycles. Project Management: Manage engine-related projects such as modifications, upgrades, or overhauls. Coordinate with vendors, maintenance repair organizations (MROs), and internal teams for shop visits. Prepare of work scope for shop visits and cost estimates and timelines for engine maintenance activities. Review the invoice of powerplant shop visit & associated OEM invoices
