Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) and implement learning plans Design and manage SOPs and capability-building frameworks Lead LMS implementation and training process automation Map employee journeys and support career progression Monitor training effectiveness and ensure timely audits Drive cross-functional alignment and stakeholder engagement Manage data dashboards, reports, and compliance processes
