Job Description
Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical Engineering with Experience of around 8~10 yrs in Auto component industry ( Min 6 yrs for Graduate and 8 years for Diploma)
DIMENSION / SCOPE OF THE JOB
Meeting with all company targets in self responsibility within the scope of this task.
MAJOR ROLE OF THE POSTION
- Achieving the monthly production / Delivery plan ,
- Trouble shooting of the problems & rectifying
- Knowledge on tooling’s & fixtures is essential
- Analyzing the customer complaints
- Achieving the process rejection’s target & maintainability of IATF Systems
- Active participation on process improvement’s
- Shop floor activities & 5S management.
- Implementation of lean tools
- SMED

Production
Must be expert with process of Automotive product
Hands on Experience on CNC machines and in SPM’s of automotive parts
Knowledge of Jig and Fixtures and also on Toolings
Analytical ability in guiding to solve the process related issues quickly and put the Solutions
Quality
Must be able to achieve & improve product /process quality
Knowledge in IATF and TS16949 quality system
Experience on scrap reduction projects
Team Building
Good leader & a team player
Able to promote team work & good morale among the members.
5S & Safety
Must have knowledge about daily 5S, TPM & Kaizen Activities.
Capability for Safety Observations & improvements
Delivery & Cost
Knowledge & experience on Cost competitiveness & JIT concepts
