Broad outline of the Role Technical Engineer - RAN Integration(Ericson) Shift: UK Shift Location: Chennai Role purpose: Providing technical support to RAN and Field Engineers for all on the day activities, 2G/3G/4G/5G integrations various upgrades of existing sites (capacity upgrades U9, L18, L21, L26 Tech Adds) 4G recommisioning and Support for Field Revisit under the INC resolution and surveys. Ensuring quality of completed activities is meeting expected standards calls performance checks (various counters in Cell Performance Monitor or Query Result Configuring RETs and TMAs.
