Hiring - Plant & Utility Maintenance Professionals (Pharma Industry)

Location: Wada, Maharashtra

Positions: Assistant Manager / Executive - Plant Maintenance & Utility Maintenance
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech / Diploma / ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation.
Experience: 5-15 years in pharmaceutical plant or utility maintenance.

About the Role

A reputed pharmaceutical manufacturing company is looking for experienced Maintenance professionals for its Wada facility. Openings are available at both Executive and Assistant Manager levels in Plant Maintenance and Utility Maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Execute and oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance of pharma manufacturing equipment (compression, coating, granulation, packaging, blister/strip packing, etc.).

Operate and maintain utility systems - HVAC, Boilers, Chillers, Compressors, WTP, ETP, Purified Water, and Clean Steam systems.

Ensure regulatory compliance (GMP, USFDA, MHRA, EU guidelines) in all maintenance activities.
Support validation, calibration, and documentation as per pharma standards.

Prepare and maintain SOPs, logbooks, and maintenance records for audit readiness.

Monitor energy efficiency, reduce downtime, and ensure optimum machine performance.

Guide/assist technicians and promote a safety-first culture.

Desired Profile

Strong knowledge of pharma equipment, HVAC systems, and clean room utilities.
Problem-solving ability and willingness to work in shift operation
