We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Plant HR professional to manage and oversee all aspects of HR operations at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in statutory compliance, contract labour management, and industrial relations in line with the Himachal Pradesh Factory Act and relevant labour laws.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the entire spectrum of
Plant HR operations
, including:
Contract Labour Management
Industrial Relations (IR)
Statutory Compliance & Audits
Time Office & Attendance Systems
Payroll Coordination
Employee Welfare & Engagement Initiatives
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding at the Plant Level
Ensure full compliance with
factory and labour laws
as applicable in Himachal Pradesh.
Manage disciplinary processes and employee grievance redressal effectively.
Build and maintain strong liaisons with external stakeholders such as
government authorities, labour contractors
, and legal consultants.
Drive
employee engagement programs
, welfare activities, and retention strategies.
Act as a key HR partner to the Plant Head and collaborate with functional leaders for effective manpower planning.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labour laws and support any labour-related negotiations/disputes.
Prepare and present periodic HR reports and dashboards to management.
