Assistant Manager - Site Quantity Surveyor (Site QS)

We are looking for an experienced

Site Quantity Surveyor

to manage on-site quantity measurement, billing, cost control, and contractor coordination for real estate projects. The role focuses on site execution support, accurate quantity tracking, and ensuring cost efficiency at the project level.

Key ResponsibilitiesSite Quantity Surveying

Prepare and verify

quantity take-offs

as per approved drawings. Measure on-site executed quantities for

RCC, masonry, finishing, and MEP works

. Prepare, verify, and certify

contractor RA bills and final bills

. Track variations, extra items, and prepare

variation statements

. Maintain accurate

measurement books (MBs)

and billing records.

Cost Control & Site Coordination

Monitor material consumption and control wastage at site. Coordinate with site engineers, planning, and procurement teams. Support

budget tracking and cost control

at the project site. Prepare

MIS reports

, cost statements, and billing summaries for management.

Contracts & Documentation

Assist in subcontractor finalization and

contract administration

. Maintain QS-related documentation, drawings, and approvals. Support audits, reconciliations, and

handover documentation

Qualifications & Experience

B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

12- 15 years

of experience as a

Site QS

in real estate projects Mandatory experience in

residential / high-rise apartment projects

Strong knowledge of

BOQs, billing, measurement, and rate analysis

Proficiency in

MS Excel and MS Office
