Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Merchandise Inventory Planning

Develop and execute merchandise plans, sales forecasts, and inventory strategies for EBO stores.

Analyze historical sales trends, market demand, and store-specific performance to optimize stock allocation.

Work closely with the buying team to ensure the right product mix, stock levels, and replenishment strategies.

Sales Performance Analysis

Monitor sell-through rates, stock turnover, and gross margin to identify opportunities for improvement.

Generate weekly, monthly, and seasonal performance reports with actionable insights for the leadership team.

Analyze category and SKU-level performance to enhance assortment planning.

Store Supply Chain Coordination

Partner with store teams to understand customer preferences and regional sales trends.

Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability and distribution.

Minimize stockouts and excess inventory by optimizing store-level replenishment.

Pricing Promotions Management

Assist in markdown planning and promotional strategies to drive sales without compromising profitability.

Coordinate with the marketing team to align inventory with campaign planning.

Qualifications Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in retail planning.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and retail planning software (SAP, Oracle, or similar).

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.
