Role: Assistant Manager - Placements [Healthcare], Mumbai
Experience: 3-6 years
Salary: Up to 7 LPA
About the role:
We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team and help students find the right job. The primary goal of this role is to manage and execute the on-the-job training and final placements for students enrolled in various healthcare courses. The role involves extensive coordination between students, employers, and internal academic teams.
Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support the Project Manager/HOD Academics in the planning and preparation of on-the-job training and placements for healthcare students.
• Coordinate the entire placement process between employers and students. This includes sharing job vacancies, scheduling interviews, accompanying students to interviews, and providing employer feedback.
• Communicate employer feedback to respective faculties and HOD-Academics to help prepare students for interviews as per industry requirements.
• Organize campus placement drives and assist students through the entire process, including updating their resumes and educational documents.
• Assist in developing and maintaining the database of existing employers and generating new connections via tele-calling and emailers.
• Ensure healthy interaction with students, conduct pre-placement sessions, and organize mock interviews.
• Maintain the Placement format, employer database, and records of job offers received.
• Document student resumes, educational documents, and other required documents as requested by employers.
• Execute any other task assigned by the Project Manager and Project Director.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and managerial skills.
• Experience with student interactions and data management.
• Familiarity and ability to work on MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Prior experience with the Healthcare sector is preferred.
