This role is responsible for the management of digital activities across all paid advertising platforms. He/She will plan and execute the paid campaigns as well as manage the optimisation and reporting. The specialist will ensure that the integrated digital strategies are aligned with the client's objectives. To be ideal for this role, the candidates must have already decided on a career in performance marketing and should be highly motivated to continue learning and growing in this field.
Key Accountabilities:
Strategise, execute, monitor and manage the campaigns across multiple advertising platforms (like Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Media Buying, Programmatic, etc)
Oversee growth in performance to meet client's business goals and strategies.
Manage the platform's daily budgets, billing reconciliation and spend pacing in adherence to allocations and desired returns
Map ad formats to advertising objectives
Manage a test and learn strategy across traffic to drive insight into brand traffic behaviour
Plan and optimise landing page testing
Report on key performance indicators and lead generation initiatives
Create eye-catching and informative pay-per-click text ads as well as continuously implement text ads - A/B testing.
Build Budget Recommendations & Pitch Decks
Document campaign evolution to monitor overall performance and identify best practices.
Present account reviews internally as well as to clients
Explore new opportunities to grow campaigns more efficiently and effectively
Test new channels and trends to build credibility, remain competitive and have possess an added value
Ensure a data led approach to all activity, creating a clear test & learn strategy
Should have worked on shopping campaigns in Google, Facebook and other channels relevant to e-commerce
Qualifications
Proficient in deriving insights from data, fluent in slicing/dicing data
Minimum 4 years Performance marketing experience
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Proficient in App Analytics platforms like Firebase, Appsflyer, etc.
Proficiency in GTM and Enhanced Ecommerce tracking
Knowledge and experience in tools like SEMRush, SpyFu, Google Keyword Planner, etc
Desired Candidate
Strong quantitative abilities, distinctive problem-solving and excellent analysis skills
Hands-on experience in running marketing campaigns on Google & Facebook properties
A proven track record of meeting business goals through performance-driven marketing
An early adopter attitude towards technology
