A/B Testing:

Conduct A/B tests to optimize ad copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

Budget Management:

Manage and allocate budgets effectively to ensure optimal spend and performance across all campaigns.

Keyword Research:

Perform comprehensive keyword research to identify high-opportunity keywords and optimize campaigns accordingly.

Audience Segmentation:

Develop and implement audience segmentation strategies to target the right customers with the right messages.

Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably within a fast-paced startup environment.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in performance marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot).

Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
