JOB SUMMARY
Responsible to conducting, scrutinize and review of financial / Operational / System and Compliance measures at all
functions and all units of HFL located pan India.
SCOPE
Evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of internal controls and ensure implementation of policies, procedures and
compliance of all the functions of entire HFL - Dairy Division and benchmarking with Competitors
COVERAGE
All the Units / Offices of HFL & Its subsidiary Companies.
KEY RESULT AREAS
Verify and report the gaps in targeted Operations and actual Operations at packing stations and CC/BMCs
Identify the gaps / bottlenecks in achieving production as per requirement / processing / chilling report the
same with recommendation.
Verify the milk and milk products dispatch time and report the delays with reasons
Verify the adherence to maintenance schedule for all process equipment and Service equipment to ensure
continuous trouble free performance.
Verify and report the gaps in safety and discipline
Verify and report the housekeeping and cleanliness status
Verify and report the gaps in Implementation of guidelines of energy conservation.
Verify and report the gaps in Implementation of guidelines given as per GMP, ISO, MMPO, FSMS etc.
Verify the resources allocation for individual departments whether the same is in line with approved
manpower or not.
Verify the records maintenance status, MIS generation and its accuracy w.r.t actual data available in SAP.
Verify and report the gaps in calibration of all equipment/instruments as per the agreed schedule.
Verify and report stock difference between physical stock count and SAP stock count in all packing stations.
Help PEC Head in identification and implementation of cost saving measures, performance improvement
measures and adoption of latest processes improvements in Diary industry.
