The Assistant Manager supports the Manager in overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring organizational goals are met. This role helps maintain efficiency, productivity, and a positive work environment while assisting in planning and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Manager in daily operations and administrative tasks
Supervise team members and provide guidance and support
Help plan, organize, and implement operational strategies
Monitor employee performance and ensure productivity targets are met
Handle customer or client concerns and resolve issues professionally
Prepare reports, schedules, and documentation
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Support training and onboarding of new employees
Step in for the Manager when required

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
