We develop & design white label loyalty programs for leading brands as their marketing preposition which enables new customer acquisitions, retention and loyalty of their customers.This position is responsible for new business development (B2B) by targeting CXO's, CMO's and product managers of leading banks, Hospitality Luxury Auto & Insurance companies along with retention and growth of the current business through relationship & key account management.

Key responsibilities

Support to PDM

: Assist the Partnership Development Manager in daily activities and administrative tasks.

Vendor/Partner Network

: Help build and manage a partner/vendor network in India aligned with client expectations and global strategy.

Client Program Offerings

: Contribute to developing customized benefits, rewards, and experiences for client programs.

Vendor Management

: Assist in sourcing, negotiating, onboarding, and contracting vendors locally and globally.

Sales & Marketing Collaboration

: Coordinate with sales to design promotions and marketing content to boost partner offer usage.

Contract & Relationship Management

: Maintain ongoing partner relationships, ensure timely contract renewals, and uphold quality standards.

Operational Coordination

: Collaborate with operations for streamlined concierge services and experiential training programs.

Quality & Evaluation

: Help assess vendor performance and feedback to ensure client satisfaction and industry competitiveness.

Marketing Materials

: Oversee the creation of promotional content ensuring brand compliance.

Events & Campaigns

: Support the design of branded events and cross-client offers to increase visibility and usage.

Database Management

: Ensure all partner benefits are accurately logged into the internal xTend database.

Training Support

: Work with training teams to guide concierge staff on partner usage and benefits.

Reporting

: Participate in regular development calls and submit monthly and bi-annual reports.

To work within and promote all International SOS & Aspire policies and procedures.


To carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by the line manager and other senior management members.


To work at other locations as and when required.


To work flexible hours as appropriate to the needs of the position.


To be on-call as directed by your line manager and give advice to callers accordingly.
